In the daily use of air compressor, maintenance is an indispensable link. So what should we do in air compressor maintenance?
Let's talk about it from six aspects:
1. Regularly check the joint transmission system of the air compressor and the water pump. If it is a gear drive, add lubricating oil to the gear box and check the meshing state of the gear; if it is a toothed belt drive, check the tension and wear status of the belt, and replace the toothed belt if necessary.
2. Regularly check the air filter of the air compressor, clean the filter element with compressed air, and replace the filter element if necessary.
3. Regularly check the oil level in the lubricating oil tank of the air compressor, add lubricating oil to the highest level, and replace the lubricating oil regularly.
4. Regularly check the air compressor lubricating oil filter and replace it if necessary.
5. Regularly check the oil and gas separator of the air compressor, clean up the internal impurities, and replace the filter element of the separator if necessary.
6. Regularly check the working status of the air pressure relief valve of the air compressor to ensure overpressure relief.
